Can I still use my Pre-Paid Quick Tickets as a form of payment?
Yes, your Pre-Paid Quick Ticket will still be honoured and accepted as an authorized method of payment, and redeemable on our new Flex fare. For more information on this fare, and associated terms and conditions please visit click here.
Prior to booking, please review the back of your tickets to confirm validity as Quick Tickets do have an expiration.
I have Quick Tickets. Are these still valid?
Quick Tickets from Harbour Air, Saltspring Air and Westcoast Air are valid for 12 months after the date of purchase. Prior to booking your flight, please review the terms and conditions on the back of the Quick Ticket for any mention of expiration to determine validity.
My organization has On-Account Tickets. Are these still valid?
Yes, our On-Account Quick Ticket process remains the same, and they are still available for purchase and accepted as a method of payment. For those organizations eligible for the program, click here to access the Quick Ticket Order Form.
I've used up all of my Pre-Paid Quick Tickets, can I purchase more? If not, what are my options?
No. At this time, we will no longer be selling booklets of Pre-Paid Quick Tickets. Our Turbobucks option is a fantastic option which will allow you to save money.
