Harbour Air Courtesy Shuttles
Harbour Air offers complimentary courtesy shuttle service for passengers in Richmond (YVR South) and Whistler (Green Lake). Shuttle availability, details and routes, vary depending on the location. Please see further details for location below. As always, our team is happy to assist you with finding alternate travel arrangements including ridesharing services
Complimentary courtesy shuttle is available 7 days a week, departing Harbour Air’s terminal Richmond (YVR South) for the South and Main Terminals of YVR International Airport, including the YVR-Airport Canada Line Sky Train Station, after the first arrival. Final drop off includes the last arrival of the day.
Pick up service at the Vancouver International Airport is available by request only (no set pick-up times). To request a pick up, please call 604.809.4643 using a private phone, or using the phone located in YVR’s Domestic Terminal lobby, dial *30. Please note that all pick up times are approximate and may take up to 60 minutes.
Domestic Terminal:
The Domestic shuttle zone is adjacent to the Domestic / Canada check in on Departures, Level 3. Once there, please use the phone available to you in the lobby and dial *30 as indicated. This will re-direct you to our shuttle driver, who will in turn advise you of the pick-up time.
International Terminal:
The International shuttle zone is adjacent to the US transborder check in on Departures, Level 3. Once there, please use the phone available to you and dial *30 as indicated. This will re-direct you to the shuttle driver, who will in turn advise you of the pick-up time.
Please note:
- All pick up times are approximate and may take up to 60 minutes.
- There may be occasions when the shuttle service is unexpectantly unavailable on short notice, and Harbour Air will do its best to communicate this to customers promptly.
- Guests may have to take a taxi or ride-share service in the event the courtesy shuttle is unavailable, or will not arrive at Harbour Air’s terminal for passenger’s check-in.
- The shuttle cannot pick-up or drop-off outside the designated pick-up/drop off areas, we apologize for any inconvenience.
- Traffic and delayed flights arriving into YVR may also delay shuttle drop-off & pick-up.
- Route is subject to change due to external conditions such as flight schedules, vehicular traffic and municipal detours.
- The shuttle takes a 1 hour pause in service mid-day
Alternative options to/from our Harbour Air’s Richmond terminal include the YVR South Terminal Shuttle, pick-up located at the public dock, and BC Transit 412 bus to and from Bridgeport Station.
Our complimentary courtesy shuttle offers pick-up and drop-off service between Whistler Village and the Harbour Air seaplane dock daily. Please note, this service is by request only and is subject to availability.
Please call our team at 604.932.6615 to inquire and request a scheduled pick up. Our drop-off locations are the Whistler Village Gateway/Taxi Loop and the Fairmont Chateau in Whistler’s Upper Village. A reservation is not required for shuttle transportation to Whistler Village upon arrival, however we do recommend at least 2 hours notice to schedule a pick-up.
