Generally, customers are required to provide their own secure packaging for shipments. However, we do have supplies available for sale at some of our locations.
Unclaimed items will be held for 30 days. After one month, items will either be discarded or donated if appropriate.
Yes, parcels may be shipped collect. The receiver will need to pay for the shipment before the item will be released.
Packages are limited to the size of our aircraft. Please see the dimension limits for each aircraft here. Single items weighing between 50 lbs and 125 lbs will only be accepted according to specific requirements. No, unfortunately our terminals are not equipped to store packages that require refrigeration.
Yes, we have partnerships with local courier companies in each of the communities we serve and can arrange to have shipments picked up, delivered or both.
Yes, High Flyer Rewards points can be redeemed for Parcel Express shipments at a rate of 1 reward point = $1. Simply mention to the agent at the freight desk that you would like to pay for your shipment with your points.
