Sunfest Country Music Festival, Lake Cowichan

Grab your denim shorts, cowboy boots, plaid button-ups, and two-step your way to the Laketown Ranch in the Cowichan Valley! Sunfest Country Music Festival has the ultimate summer playlist for all-ages. The sounds of Randy Houser, Jason Aldean, Kip Moore, and Maren Morris will echo through the lakeside valley on August long weekend as you heel-kick and toe-tap through country music heaven. This isn’t their first rodeo, Sunfest has been lassoing thousands of cowgirls and boys since 2010! With past artists such as Keith Urban, Thomas Rhett, and Carrie Underwood, we’re sure that this four-day concert will keep you singing long after it’s over. 


Whistler Summer Concert Series

The sweet sounds of classical music, chilled-out beats, and local folk bands echo through the mountains and Whistler Village during their Outdoor Summer Concert Series. Bring your picnic blanket, pack your dancing shoes, and experience amazing musical sounds throughout the summer! This year’s headliners include TheTenors, Broken Social Scene, Nahkoand Medicine for the People along with other various DJ’s. There’s no doubt its going to be a grooving good time. Located in the Village Square at the Whistler Olympic Plaza, this series is perfect for all ages. With a five-minute shuttle ride from our seaplane dock at Green Lake you won’t miss a beat! 


Filberg Festival, Comox

The picturesque trees, gardens, and rustic out-buildings of the Filberg Heritage Lodge and Park in Comox is the perfect setting for Vancouver Island’s Filberg Festival. The quaint town of Comox is located on the east coast side of Vancouver Island on the waters edge. This all-ages event showcases a curated selection of 135 talented local artisans and makers of crafts ranging from metalwork, pottery, toys, wood-crafts, jewelry, paintings, glass, textiles and specialty homegrown foods. Wander through the tents while listening to fantastic folk tunes performed throughout the four-day event. This fantastic festival is hosted by the Filberg Heritage Lodge and Park Association (FHLPA) which is a non-profit organization aimed to maintain and restore the antique heritage lodges and outbuildings in the Park! Victoria Symphony Splash

Pack your dancing shoes, grab your friends, and make your way to downtown Victoria for the marquee event of the summer! Join over 40,000 people and experience the Victoria Symphony’s floating barge! All the fun begins at noon on the iconic steps of the Legislature building where the family-friendly festivities begin and music lovers gather to enjoy the orchestral sounds of the symphony. When the clock strikes 7:30 pm music director Kristian Kluxen guides listeners through a waterfront symphony experience like no other, concluding the night with a colour-filled sky during for an epic fireworks performance! The big crescendo takes place in Victoria’s busy Inner Harbour so you can go from seaplane to symphony show in just a few steps!

Yoga, running, and dancing unite! The Seawheeze Sunset Festival is hosted by Lululemon so you can expect a workout. Dancing and grooving with your besties is the perfect post half-marathon reward! Participate in group yoga followed by an evening of world class beats, local food trucks, and Lululemon’s very own branded beer…yes, they have their own “Curiosity Lager”. With previous DJ headliners such as Diplo, Felix Cartel, and DJ DrezSeawheezers can put their bendy work to good use as they sway to this year’s secret lineup.

Truck Stop Concert Series – Red Truck Brewery, Vancouver

Vancouver’s very own Red Truck Brewery is one of the city’s well-known breweries and they celebrate the heat of summer with an epic tailgate party. The Truck Stop Concert Series is a double stage outdoor music-filled event showcasing amazing local talent and international headliners. With artists like Current Swell, Devon Dawson and JoJo Maison, you know it’s going to be a great time! With two Truck Stops throughout the Summer there’s no excuse to miss out! Offering an outdoor BBQ, a food truck, and menu items from their their all-day Truck Stop Diner there will be no shortage of food to satisfy even the hungriest of concertgoers.  Of course a truck stop party wouldn’t be complete without a little beer. There will be a selection of sixteen delicious craft beers on tap, along with wine and non-alcoholic beverages. This will be the fifth annual Truck Stop Concert Series and there’s no sign of turning around! As a reminder, please be sure to bring your ID because this is a 19+ only event. 


Laketown Shakedown, Lake Cowichan

It’s time to queue that ultimate late ’90s playlist. Dust off the platform shoes, and head to the Laketown Ranch in the Cowichan Valley! From headliners like Smash Mouth and IncubusLaketown Shakedown serves up the ultimate throwback vibes. With other major headliners like Snoop Dog and Victoria’s own Jesse Roper, this event is one for the books. This will be the third Shakedown of hopefully many more to come! Hosted by the talented individuals who organize the iconic Sunfest Country Music Festival, you can buy tickets with confidence knowing that it’s going to be a good time! Here just for one day? Organize a pick up with friends from our Nanaimo or our Maple Bay terminal! 


Khatsahlano Street Party, Vancouver

Get ready for the ultimate summer block party! For an entire day on July 6th, the streets of Kitsahlano are taken over by live music, entertainment, and local vendors for the Khatsalano Street Party. Thousands gather between the avenues of West 4th between Burrard and Macdonald for a good old fashioned summer sizzler! There’s no better way to celebrate the heat than by dancing to live music performed by Hey Ocean!, The Boom Booms, Harlequin Gold and many more! Grab your friends, your reusable bag, and head down to this car-free event! Getting there is easy with frequent flights to downtown Vancouver and it’s just a short cab,  bus or bike ride away!

The Phillips Backyard Weekender, Victoria

Phillips Brewery is one of Victoria’s most legendary local breweries and every year they celebrate summer in perfect island fashion with one of their signature weekend events. From musical talents, amazing food trucks, and some of the best craft beer in the business, they sure know how to host a backyard bash! The 2019 headliners list includes Steel Pulse, Danny Brown, and Dirty Projectors so we’re confident that this year is going to be epic! Centrally located near the downtown core at 2010 Government Street it’s a short 10-minute walk from our seaplane dock. This is a 19+ only event, be sure to bring your ID!
