An Important Update for High Flyer Rewards Members
We’ve retired our High Flyer Rewards program and replaced it with something even better. Think of it as an upgrade, not a goodbye. Join the Harbour Air Club and get access to benefits like waived baggage fees, free tour vouchers, and a whole lot more.
If you have unused High Flyer Rewards points, we encourage you to redeem them before December 1, 2026, when changes to the program's redemption structure will take effect.
Key Transition Details:
- Effective December 1, 2026, important updates to the High Flyer Rewards program will be implemented.
- Existing High Flyer Rewards points will remain redeemable until their expiration date.
- Your High Flyer Rewards account will remain active until either:
- All points have expired, or
- August 1, 2027, whichever occurs first.
- High Flyer Rewards points expire two years from the date they were last earned.

Redeem Rewards
Redeem for Flights
Use your points to fly on your favourite route. Use your High Flyer Rewards points for Flex and Comfort fares or scenic tour operated by Harbour Air. To book a flight with your rewards points, call our Reservations team at 1.778.800.0225.
The number of points required for a reward flight varies depending on the route, tour, and fare. You must have enough points in your rewards account to cover the entire fare.
- Scheduled Flight - Redeem at a conversion of 1.5 point = $1
- Scenic Panorama Tour - Redeem at a conversion of 1.5 points = $1
Redeem for Freight Services
Need to send a parcel quickly and conveniently? Use your High Flyer Rewards points to pay for freight shipments using Harbour Air’s Parcel Express service.
- Redeem at a conversion of 1 point = $1
Redeem for Harbour Air Merchandise
Points can be redeemed for merchandise sold in our terminals. Simply advise the Customer Service Agent that you would like to redeem your rewards points for merchandise and they will help you complete the transaction.
- Redeem at a conversion of 2 points = $1
Redeem on Excess Luggage
Use your points towards your excess luggage fees on any tier level including Flex, Comfort, Value, Light fares. For all fares, points can be redeemed at a rate of 5 points per 1 lb of excess luggage.
