Keeping You Moving
Our goal is to get you to your destination safely and as scheduled. While we maintain an annual 98% reliability factor on our scheduled service flights, guest safety and comfort are always put first. Because of our safety first philosophy, delays, cancellations, or diversions may occur in the event of unforeseeable occurrences or challenging weather conditions such as fog, snow, extreme winds, or uncharacteristic meteorological conditions to British Columbia1.
Alternate Transportation Options
We are committed to helping travellers through weather-related flight disruptions and to minimize any inconvenience we will communicate impacts to travellers and update our Flight Status page.
In situations where conditions are unsuitable for us to operate flights, we are pleased to offer recommendations for alternate travel to get travellers on their way. To explore alternate transportation options, please speak to one of our team members2 or utilize an online search engine for available transportation unique to travellers’ destinations.
While we can’t control the weather, we are committed to getting travellers to their destination safely, efficiently and in comfort3.
