In addition to providing donations and support to more than 250 community events & non-profit organizations each year, we’re proud to have some amazing partnerships with organizations making a difference in our communities!
Tour de Cure
Cancer has, unfortunately, touched far too many lives within and around our Harbour Air team and communities. One in two people in our province will face cancer in their lifetime and the BC Cancer Foundation is igniting progress to break down cancer, piece by piece, in the labs and clinics.
That’s part of the reason we proudly and loudly donate our time and efforts towards the BC Cancer Foundation’s annual Tour de Cure (formerly Ride to Conquer Cancer (RTCC)). In addition to our Share the Fare partnership, where Harbour Air donates $1 of every Friday fare to BC Cancer Foundation, we’re also thrilled to both sponsor and be an active participant in Tour de Cure. In 2022, our team ‘Blood, Sweat, and Cures’ was the #1 fundraising team raising over $625,000 for the BC Cancer Foundation specifically benefiting the Centre for Lymphoid Cancers.
Through Share the Fare and Tour de Cure/Ride to Conquer Cancer initiatives, to date we have raised over $1,725,000

We are proud of our longstanding partnership with Hope Air, a national charity that provides Canadians in financial need with free travel to medical care far from home. Hope Air has arranged more than 130,000 flights since its founding in 1986.
Harbour Air has been supporting this incredible organization for more than a decade, offering hundreds of flights to deserving families in need. Twenty-nine per cent of Hope Air’s patients report that without the charity’s assistance, they would have cancelled or rescheduled their appointments. In 2018, Harbour Air Seaplanes was honoured to be named the winner of the 2018 Hope Air Outstanding Philanthropist Award.
“Harbour Air Seaplanes is a long-standing and very generous airline partner. For over a decade, they have been a great champion for our cause and helped many people living in B.C. access the vital medical care they deserve. We are very grateful for their support.” – Doug Keller-Hobson, Hope Air Chief Executive Officer
