Booking Conditions

Domestic Scheduled Flights

These terms apply to Domestic Scheduled Flights booked directly with Harbour Air. If you have booked via a third party, please review your 3rd party terms and conditions.

  • Booking
  • Checking In - Float Operations
  • Checking In - Wheeled Operations (YVR Vancouver Int. Airport South Terminal - YYJ Victoria Int. Airport)
  • Seating
  • Baggage
  • Cancellations and Changes by the Passenger
  • Flight Information
  • Boarding Information - Float Operations
  • Reservations can be booked via Harbour Air’s website, the mobile applications, by phoning the Customer Contact Centre or with the Customer Service Agents at select locations.

     

  • Note that some methods of payment, such as promotional vouchers and gift cards, are unavailable on the web or mobile apps. 

     

  • For bookings completed by Customer Contact Centre Agents or Customer Service Agents at terminals that could have been made via the self-serve on Harbour Air’s website or mobile application, a booking fee of CAD$15 (including taxes) per transaction will be charged. Note the fee is not applicable to passengers:

     

    • Unable to self-serve due to impairment or disability
    • Payment options that are unavailable online
    • Travelling as an Unaccompanied Minor
    • Aged 65 and over 

 

International Scheduled Flights

These terms apply to International Scheduled Flights booked directly with Harbour Air. If you have booked via a third party, please review your 3rd party terms and conditions.

  • Reservations can be booked via Harbour Air’s website, the mobile applications, by phoning the Customer Contact Centre or with the Customer Service Agents at select locations.

Retail Scenic Flights and Packaged Flight Tours

These terms apply to Scenic Flights and Packaged Flight Tours booked directly with Harbour Air. If you have booked via a third party, please review your 3rd party terms and conditions.

  • Harbour Air recommends that passengers arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before their scheduled departure. 

     

  • Passengers must be fully checked-in 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure.  

     

  • Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff time will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare. Harbour Air reserves the right to cancel the passenger’s return flights.
