Reservations can be booked via Harbour Air’s website, the mobile applications, by phoning the Customer Contact Centre or with the Customer Service Agents at select locations.
Note that some methods of payment, such as promotional vouchers and gift cards, are unavailable on the web or mobile apps.
For bookings completed by Customer Contact Centre Agents or Customer Service Agents at terminals that could have been made via the self-serve on Harbour Air’s website or mobile application, a booking fee of CAD$15 (including taxes) per transaction will be charged. Note the fee is not applicable to passengers:

Harbour Air recommends that passengers arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before their scheduled departure.
Passengers must be fully checked-in 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
